Floor Team Member

The Co-op is currently looking for a stocker/receiver to join our Grocery Department Team. This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week) with a 5-day-per-week schedule of Tuesday - Saturday. Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings are required. The other shifts will be a mix of opening and closing. This position will assist across the department with stocking, merchandising, receiving, cleaning and all aspects of customer service. A majority of this job takes place on the sales floor so we are looking for customer service superstar who will go the extra mile in providing outstanding service every day. 

This is a fast-paced retail environment, requiring the ability to work well with others in a shared office, backroom and walk-in refrigeration spaces. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and the ability to stand, move, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.

We offer competitive pay (starting wage of $12.50 per hour), Paid Time Off (you will accrue up to three weeks of PTO during your first year, based on the number of hours worked per week), health insurance covered at 70% by the Co-op, and the chance to work with a great group of people who are dedicated to supporting our local foods economy.

Contract Window Display Artist

Calling all creatives! The Co-op is inviting proposals for our spring window display, giving artists/designers/makers the opportunity to dress our 10-paneled front windows for the community to enjoy! This is a unique opportunity for visibility for your work in a fantastic space. We aim to showcase a diverse and individual range of work from local makers, both established and emerging.
